CJ 270 - Criminalistics and Crime Scene Investigation An introduction to modern methods used in detecting, investigation, and solving crimes. The practical analysis of evidence in a criminal investigation laboratory is covered. Topics include: photography, fingerprints, and other impressions, ballistics, documents, and handwriting, glass, and hair, drug analysis, and lie detection.
This course is applicable to the liberal arts requirements of the curriculum 1 semester. 3 credits. Spring 2016.
