ART 273 - Introduction to Game Design

This course is an introduction to the concept of game design and the creation of digital games.  Topics include the history of video games, story and character development, content creation strategies, 2D/3D production techniques, platforms, and the anatomy of game design.  The evolution of the video game industry as well as how to build a career within the digital game industry will be discussed. 

1 semester 3 credits.
