CS 400 - Research in Child Development and Childhood Education
Introduction to research in the fields of child development and education. With individual guidance, students select a topic of interest, review relevant literature, arrange for a sample of participants, conduct a simple project exploring this topic, and write up their research following APA standards. This course satisfies the core requirements for the Writing Intensive Integrated Learning Area. (Grade of C- or higher required for successful completion of this course.)
11⁄2 lecture hours, individual appointments. 1 semester 3 credits.
